Sustainable fibers and fabrics are at the focus of our collections. We design most of our garments using eco-friendly (and equally scrumptious to wear) fabrics such as rayon and linen.
Rayon is produced from renewable cellulosic plants such as beech trees, pine trees, and bamboo. Sustainably harvested, rayon has an incredible silk-like drape and is very soft to touch. Rayon uses half the energy and water consumption than harvesting cotton.
Linen is an environmentally friendly fabric made from the flax plant. Growing flax requires less water and fewer pesticides than cotton, making it one of the best sustainable fabric choices. The durability of linen means it lasts longer than other materials, and it’s strong, naturally moth-resistant make-up is also bio-de-gradable.
We work with small family-run artisian workshops in Indonesia, and pay them above-average wages. We consider our sewers, patternmakers and tailors part of our family. A lot of our manufacturing teams are husband and wife duos. Working with family-run workshops gives our tailors ‘work-life’ balance, allowing them the flexibility to earn money and raise a family at the same time. Due to the flexibility of our workshops, many of our tailors are able to work around school hours, allowing them time to spend with their kids.
We have recently made the move to package our clothing in decomposable garment bags as well as recyclable pink mailers. Our packaging is made from plant-based materials and can be recycled and if buried, it is 100% de-compostable.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept an exchange of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:
– the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe;
– items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
Refunds are only allowed if items are faulty.
For change of mind, we offer an exchange credit note.

Exchanging Your Item
Received your order and excitedly opened the package only to discover…
- Your item is the incorrect size
- It doesn’t quite suit you
- It’s not exactly what you thought it was, or
- You’ve simply changed your mind?
No need to panic, if you aren’t completely happy with your order, it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or a Palm Collective Credit Voucher, within 14 days of the purchase date on the invoice. Simply follow the steps below and we’ll have you smiling in no time.
To exchange an item, please download and print out the form below, and return your item with the form to the address printed at the bottom of the form.
Do I have to Pay for Return Shipping?
Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, for any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
What if my Item is Faulty?
We’re so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach a photo of the fault. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or giving you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back.
Shipping Within Australia
If you are located within Australia, we ship using Australia Post, with full tracking available. Packages are posted within 2 days, and take between 1-3 days for QLD, NSW and VIC customers, and 3-5 days for customers in W.A, N.T and S.A.
For international customers, we use DHL express. You will receive a tracking number when your goods are dispatched, in which you can use to track your parcel. Shipping usually takes between 3-10 days depending on your country.
You are responsible for any additional customs taxes/ fees that may occur when your order enters an international country. Each country has different laws regarding custom and custom taxes.
